Three settlements of Haj Habib Allah, 1882, 1883, and 1884
The first document, dated 1882, is a copy of the settlement between Haj Habib Allah, son of the late Haj Mirza ʻAbd Allah, and his sister, Mahi Khanum, transferring the ownership of Mahi Khanum's belongings, including silverware, furniture and goods, land and housing, clothes and fabric, etc. in exchange for a pair of gold bracelets, a knife, and fourteen shahis. Settlement between Qamar Sultan, wife of Muhammad Hasan ‘Alaqah-band [the silk maker] from Shiraz, and Mashhadi Haji Muhammad ‘Alaqah-band from Shiraz, son of Haji Muhammad Karim (Qamar Sultan's father), over Qamar Sultan's mahr, including a Qurʼan worth one tuman, fifty tumans, seven misqals [unit of weight] of gold, one charik [unit of weight] raw green silk, one-third of a house located in Sarbagh neighborhood of Shiraz, for fifty tumans, one man [unit of weight] of Russian hard white sugar, and two thousand tumans as the cost of detriments. Dividing the inheritance of Sayyid Ibrahim, 1921
After listing the properties of Haji Sayyid Kazim Aqa, his mother (Hajiyah Sayyidah Zahra Khanum), and inheritors of the late Mashhadi Sayyid Ibrahim, the share of inheritance of Hajiyah Sayyidah Zahra Khanum, the mahr of Fatimah Khanum (wife of Sayyid Ibrahim) and of Sayyidah Sakinah Khanum (wife of Sayyid Kazim) were determined. Then Hajiyah Sayyidah Zahra Khanum settled her share with Sayyid Kazim and inheritors of Sayyid Ibrahim; Hajiyah Sayyidah Zahra Khanum will hold ownership of her household items, clothing, and her gold. Also, custodians of underage children have been determined.

Will of ‘Ali Quli Mirza I‘tizad al-Saltanah, son of Fath ‘Ali Shah, in which, he introduces Shahzadah Mu‘tamad al-Dawlah as the administrator of his will and his wife, mother of Muhammad Husayn Mirza and Shahzadah Khanum Banu, [Sultan Khanum], as the guardian of her children and the supervisor of the administration of the will.

Will of Iskandar Khan Sawlat al-Sultan, who has appointed his brother, Habib Allah Khan Sultan, as the executor of the will, and his wife [Hajiyah Baygum Khanum], the daughter of Aqa Mirza ‘Abd al-Husayn, as the overseer. One-fifth of his belongings, including animals, household furnishings, clothing, and jewelry, goes to his wife as her mahr and other prerogatives. After deducting his debts, one-third of the remainings should be spent for his burial in Najaf, fasts and prayers, and charity. What remains will be divided among the inheritors.
